1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item is significantly different from what was shown on the website

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• It must be in the original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase or order ID

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Customized or personalized products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products purchased during special clearance or sale events (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@animegearhub.in
2. Include your Order ID, product images, and reason for return
3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours
4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Please do not send products back without approval.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be refunded to the original payment method

If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery, we may request bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.

5. Replacement

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer:

• Free replacement, or
• Full refund, depending on product availability.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may not be refundable.
